With a complete redesign of the facility, and a major flooding concern, the development and planning of the Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center provided Robert E. Blue Consulting Engineers, PC, with a unique adaptive reuse project. Our team of engineers and experts worked to integrate additional stormwater facilities, massive grading improvements and retaining walls to help alleviate flooding worries, while also providing proper ADA compliant parking facilities and access points.
