Civil Professional Engineer/Project Manager

Our firm is currently seeking to add to our staff a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer. Candidates shall have the ability to work and interact with clients; local planning boards and municipal engineers; effectively manage project budgets and schedules; and supervise design staff.

Responsibilities:

Design of Commercial and Residential land development/subdivision and construction documents.
Managing multiple projects, client relationships and project teams/design staff.
Develop project scope and budget and tracking actual performance.
Develop strategic plans and project design budgets and tracking actual performance against plans.
Provide independent technical and quality control reviews to assure delivery of quality products.
Serve as technical advisor to team members.
Set team performance standards and monitor implementation against project goals, budgets and deadlines.

Engineer in Training

Engineer in Training (EIT)/Civil Designer: We are looking for experienced professionals with 2-5 years of expertise in the field. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in our firm’s growth and development.

Civil Designer/Drafter

Our firm is currently seeking an experienced Civil Designer. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD Land Desktop and Civil 3D. Candidate must possess a full range of drafting skills, including drafting of survey field data and notes, conceptual design development, sketch plans, and full land development approval and permitting sets. Proven ability to design and analysis of storm sewer, stormwater management systems and erosion and sedimentation control facilities. The successful candidate for this position will gain knowledge and experience while being mentored and supervised by senior engineering personnel.

Land Surveyor/Crew Chief

Seeking a highly experienced Land Surveyor/Crew Chief to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in both field and office procedures, demonstrating proficiency in modern survey methods and devices, including total stations, Global Positioning System (GPS), and data collectors. The candidate must be well-versed in GPS and total stations, both conventional and robotic, and exhibit the ability to work in various outdoor environments under diverse weather conditions.
