Blue Consulting Engineers, PC to review designs and carefully monitor construction for roadway improvements in and around the Einstein Medical Center Montgomery on Germantown Pike. Robert E. Blue Consulting Engineers, PC worked hand-in-hand with traffic engineers hired by the hospital on the proper planning for driveways and traffic flow, including concerns over stormwater collection systems, grading, relocated utility services and the proper size and location of travel lanes, especially in an area as sensitive as a busy emergency room and hospital. Our input resulted in upgrades from a typical two-lane roadway to a five-lane state of the art configuration. Once the land development and planning services were complete, Robert E.
