Not all of our projects involve automobile traffic or construction of large buildings. The site of the Ace Conference Center and Golf Course in Lafayette Hill, Pa., was a major undertaking for Robert E. Blue Consulting Engineers, PC, especially as it pertained to stormwater management and dealing with various regulatory agencies. Robert E. Blue Consulting Engineers, PC worked closely with the design team headed by legendary golfer Gary Player, from the initial land development all the way through completion, That included extensive work on grading, stormwater management, drainage, water features and landscaping. Robert E. Blue Consulting Engineers, PC also utilized its expertise in zoning variance and permitting procedures to obtain final approval from regulatory agencies, as well as support from the surrounding neighborhood. Robert E. Blue Consulting Engineers, PC also worked on a separate similar project for renovations and upgrades at Philadelphia Country Club.
